Individual Partnership Agreement with the Karuk Tribe

This is an example of an Individual Partnership Agreement developed by the Karuk Tribe. You may use this agreement as a guide if your community is looking to collaborate with individuals on culturally sensitive projects. The document was provided by Lisa Hillman, Karuk Food Security Project Coordinator, during her session on protocols and agreements at the 2015 ATALM pre-conference workshop sponsored by the Sustainable Heritage Network titled "Developing Tools to Navigate Intellectual Property and Protect Cultural Heritage," held in Washington DC on September 10, 2015.
