Working with Vendors for Audiovisual Digitization Projects

In this video, Marcia Segal, Processing Archivist at the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress, discusses some of the things to keep in mind while working with digitization vendors. Some of the topics she covers include: the importance of having an inventory in place when externalizing your digitization project, and how to conduct effective communication between you or your institution and the vendor with whom you are working.
