(Art) Wolf, Founder & Principal of WOLF Consulting; and Anne McCudden, Executive Director of the Thomas County Historical Museum cover two of the five core documents fundamental for basic professional museum operations: Collections Management Policies and Emergency Plans. The presentation slides provide a walk through describing the standards and best practices for each document, how to develop/ strengthen each document, and the importance of having them in place. This session was part of the ATALM annual conference held in Phoenix, Arizona, on October 10-13, 2016.
