In this video, Kristen Rebmann, Associate Professor at San Jose State University's School of Information, discusses what TV WhiteSpace is, how it works, the possibilities it offers for community members, and provides ideas on how communities and institutions can partner to use TV WhiteSpace technology. Kristen also explains how to find out if TV WhiteSpace can be used in your area and how to implement the network and its costs. This video supplements the session, "Innovative Applications of TV Whitespaces in Archives, Libraries, and Museums" given at the 2017 ATALM annual conference held in Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico, on October 10-13, 2017.
