Collections is open Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00. Our digitization equipment, which is listed below: Flatbed scanners: Use of flatbed scanners requires advance scheduling. Training will be provided, if necessary. Audiovisual equipment: Our audiovisual stations can digitize 16mm film, ¾” u-matic videotape, VHS tapes, audio cassettes, and reel-to-reel audio. Access to this equipment is limited and requires advance scheduling as well as training on the use of the audiovisual workstation. Overhead large format scanner: Our scanner can accommodate an document roughly 4’ x 3’. Access to the scanner will depend upon the nature of the project and the experience of the operator. If you would like WSU staff to reformat materials, a fee may be charged for the staff time required for reformatting.
