Developing and Managing a Budget for your IMLS Grant

In this presentation, Madison Bolls and Sarah Glass, both Program Specialists at the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) and Teresa Naranjo, Librarian at the Santa Clara Pueblo Community Libraries share methods to plan and adhere to a grant budget. Presenters share policies and procedures for developing and managing a budget, both during the proposal phase and after the grant is awarded, and IMLS tribal awardees discuss budgeting from their perspectives, including coordinating with other tribal offices, and getting the most out of each award. This session was part of the ATALM annual conference held in Phoenix, Arizona, on October 10-13, 2016.
