Getting Started with Digital Preservation in a Small Institution Webinar

In this presentation, Lotus Norton-Wisla (Digital and Community Outreach Archivist) examines how digital files are an increasingly prominent part of work in Tribal archives, libraries, departments, and programs, as well as non-Tribal institutions. Planning for digital preservation is a key step to keep digital files safe and secure, and save them for years to come. This webinar provides a starting place for basic digital preservation planning and beginning steps, with a focus on storage and free resources available for continued learning.
