Deborah Olster, Report on the Languages Summit at the 2015 Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums Conference
In this video, Deborah Olster, Senior Advisor for the Directorate for Social, Behavioral, and Economic Sciences at the National Science Foundation (NSF), gives her report on the Languages Summit that took place on September 9, 2015 as part of the pre-conference activities at the 2015 Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums conference. In her report, Olster provides an overview of the NSF's linguistics program and the Documenting Endangered Languages (DEL) program, which includes the Breath of Life Institute. The report was given on September 11, 2015 at the ATALM conference in Washington, DC.
